Jilly Forster

As a Main Board Member at The Body Shop International, Jilly was a central force in shaping public perceptions and internal culture at one of the world’s most successful ethical brands.

Jilly is a founding Director of The Big Issue, a trustee for Children on the Edge and The Royal Parks Foundation and a Patron of The Forgiveness Project.

With over 30 years experience of working across the corporate, public sector and consumer arenas, Jilly has a fair idea of what works when it comes to social change communications.

Andrew Pate, Creative Director

Andrew has 20 years experience in design and art direction and has worked for COI Communications, Marks & Spencer, The Body Shop, The Design Council and RSCG Conran Design before joining Forster.  Andrew leads the Forster CREATIVE team.

Jo Thacker, Design Project Director

Prior to working at Forster, Jo directed a range of identity and rebrand projects as well as delivering a wide range of marketing campaigns, most recently at Revolution. Clients have included The British Red Cross, Novas Ouvertures, Sony and Dow Jones. At Forster, Jo is responsible for project directing our design and social marketing campaigns from conception to delivery.

Fran Mullins, Account Director

Prior to joining Forster, Fran spent two years working on a large automotive account at  Wunderman, delivering integrated digital and direct campaigns for the UK client.  Previously she worked at a boutique digital creative shop with clients such as Tesco and Norwich Union and, for 6 years, headed up the New Media department at the full-service entertainment advertising agency Dewynters, with clients including Disney, The Really Useful Group and The Royal Opera House.
