Forster CREATIVE to design campaign brand for Shrewsbury Cycling Town
Forster CREATIVE is to design the campaign brand to launch Shrewsbury as one of England’s 12 new cycling towns. The contract was awarded following a public tender process by Shropshire County Council, which drew proposals from over 50 organisations.
Shrewsbury was awarded Cycling Town status in June, and will benefit from £1.8 million of grant funding from Cycling England over the next three years. Forster CREATIVE has been tasked with creating a brand and visual identity for the campaign that will encourage people in Shrewsbury to take up cycling and adopt it as part of their daily lifestyle.
Creative work for the campaign is already underway, with a projected launch in March 2009.

The mental health anti-discrimination programme previously known as Moving People, has just announced its new name, Time to Change, following an extensive consultation exercise managed by Forster CREATIVE.

Extensive research was conducted with stakeholders, including mental health service users, and the general public. Time to Change was selected as the most popular of several names that were tested.
Forster CREATIVE win DHL Foundation Truck and Child Safety project
Forster has been commissioned by the DHL Foundation to further engage children and teachers with their Truck and Child Safety programme (TACS).
The TACS programme aims to teach 7-11 year olds about truck safety by conducting experiential sessions run by DHL staff volunteers, as part of the Foundation’s commitment to helping children and young people reach their full potential.
Forster hopes to build on the success of the current programme, which won a BiTC Jubilee Big Tick award last year. The agency will be designing and producing an engaging ‘leave behind’ to inspire children to think and talk about trucks and road safety both in schools and at home.
